These terms govern your use of Hasiib. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Hasiib is
Hasiib is software that helps you prepare a UAE Corporate Tax return: it calculates figures from what you enter, checks whether Small Business Relief applies and produces a summary you can use when filing.
What Hasiib is not
Hasiib is not a tax agent registered with the Federal Tax Authority and does not provide tax advice. It does not submit anything to the FTA on your behalf: you file your return yourself in EmaraTax. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified tax professional.
Your responsibility for the figures
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter and for what you submit to the FTA. Please check every figure before filing. Keep your login details to yourself; anything done through your account counts as done by you.
Accounts
You need an accurate email address to register and you must be authorised to act for the business you add. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, in AED and excluding VAT. Prices shown on the pricing page apply. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; the plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer automatic refunds, but if something went wrong, write to us.
Availability
We work to keep Hasiib available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we give no service level guarantee. We may change or discontinue features; where a change is significant we will tell you beforehand.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, interest or other losses arising from figures you submitted, from filing late, or from decisions you took based on the software.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and you can export or delete it. If you close your account we delete your data, except where a legal duty requires us to keep records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of [emirate] have jurisdiction.
